Halo episode 3 issue

Hello,

I’m having the same issue with Halo Episode 3 that I had with Moon Knight episode 6. The content gets recognized but there is no haptics. Other titles work perfectly.

Did you get this fixed? Having this issue with Ep 2 of Halo. This is a 1st for me.

Hi Brandon,

Yes D-Box pulled those two codes and my Haptisync downloaded them and everything was fine after I performed a factory reset. For whatever reason I kept getting an error downloading content once D-Box re-released those specific codes. I never had an issue with episode 2 though :thinking:.

The same for me, i have exactly the same problem, moon kinght episode 5 and halo episode 2 are recognized but the chair doesn’t move, nor does it vibrate. Episode 1 and 3 Halo are Working normal.

My Connect is down and apparently, my sub expired today. Had made plans with my son to watch movies today, I hope this gets resolved soon.

My Connect seems to be also down or at least Game Center app won’t connect. Says that there was issues authenticating. When trying to open the D-Box Connect page the browser says it can’t reach the website.
